The course covers the GRC Capability Model (Red Book), which includes 4 components and 20 elements to achieve Principled Performance. It prepares participants for the GRCP certification exam through a blend of theoretical learning, practical case studies, and exam-focused exercises. The training is ideal for executives, aspiring leaders, and professionals in governance, risk, compliance, audit, ethics, IT, or security roles.

Requirements

To participate in the GRC Professional (GRCP™) and GRC Auditor (GRCA™) Certification course offered by Al Saeed Institute for Education, Training, and Consultancy, scheduled for 5 days online from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, starting Sunday, June 22, 2025, the following requirements are recommended:

  • Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with governance, risk management, compliance, or auditing concepts is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Work Experience: Preferably 2+ years of professional experience in governance, risk management, compliance, internal audit, ethics, IT, or security for GRCP, with additional auditing or assurance experience recommended for GRCA.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Arabic or English to engage with course materials and exam questions (course may offer bilingual support).
  • Technical Requirements:
    • A reliable computer or mobile device with a stable internet connection for online sessions.
    • Access to video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom or Microsoft Teams) and OCEG’s online resources (via OCEG All Access Pass for self-study components).
    • Ability to access and download course materials, including the GRC Capability Model and practice exams.
  • Time Commitment:
    • Availability for 5 consecutive days (June 22–26, 2025) from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM (3 hours daily, totaling 15 hours).
    • Additional self-study time (approximately 10–20 hours) to prepare for the GRCP and GRCA certification exams.
  • GRCP Exam Requirements:
    • Open-book, 2-hour, 100-question exam requiring a 70% passing score.

  • GRCA Exam Requirements:
